The Operations & Customer Manager / Production Manager will oversee and coordinate daily operations within the production facility, ensuring efficiency, quality and alignment with group objectives.

Lead and coordinate daily activities within the production facility, managing priorities, workflows and resources.

Plan and optimize production schedules, resource allocation and operational priorities.

Requirements

Required experience and skills

We are looking for a professional with solid experience in operations or production management, strong analytical ability and proven leadership in manufacturing or production environments.

Mandatory requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in operations or production management within a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Solid experience in production planning and process optimization.
  • Proven leadership and people management skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with KPIs.
  • Customer-oriented approach with strong communication skills.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, production planning tools and Microsoft Office.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Real availability to work on-site in Estonia.

Preferred requirements

  • 5 or more years of experience in a similar role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field.
  • Experience in food, pet food, packaging, manufacturing or industrial production environments.
  • Previous experience in international business contexts.
  • Fluent Estonian language skills.
  • Experience in growth, restructuring or production development contexts.
